Eight New Jersey organizations will be recognized for their ongoing efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) at the third annual Trailblazer Impact Honors Reception. The event is organized by the African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey and the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce. It will take place on November 6 at Pines Manor in Edison.
The honorees this year are Atlantic City Electric, Capital Health Systems, Citizens Bank, Gibbons P.C., NJCPA (New Jersey Society of CPAs), OceanFirst Bank, SJI (South Jersey Industries), and Withum. These companies have been acknowledged for their leadership and commitment to DE&I within their organizations and the wider community.
The evening will begin with a panel discussion titled “The Case for DE&I in Today’s Climate,” moderated by Tom Bergeron, owner and editor of BINJE. Panelists include Bill Bradshaw from Withum; Jaclyn Cantler from Pepco Holdings (Atlantic City Electric); Robert L. Johnson from Gibbons P.C.; Don Meyer from NJCPA; and Dr. Pamela Pruitt from Capital Health Institute for Urban Care.

The event aims to bring together business leaders, policy makers, and community advocates to celebrate progress in DE&I initiatives.
