Berkeley College announces fall career fair connecting students with area employers

Berkeley College is set to hold its Fall Career Fair on October 16 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at its Woodland Park campus, located at 44 Rifle Camp Road. The event is open to students, alumni, and members of the local community seeking employment opportunities.

Employers with openings for full-time, part-time, and internship positions for the winter and spring semesters are invited to participate in the fair. Companies interested in joining can register through the provided link.

The Fall Career Fair will bring together attendees with employers looking for new hires across various sectors. Scheduled participants include Hackensack Meridian Health, the New York Police Department (NYPD), FedEx, the YMCA, H&R Block, the Boys & Girls Club of Paterson and Passaic, Atlantic Health System, among others.

“During our Spring Career Fair, held in April, we welcomed nearly 70 hiring employers actively seeking top talent for their organizations,” said Michael Iris, Ed.D., associate vice president, Alumni Relations and Career Services at Berkeley College.

“We are excited to again provide a platform where our students, alumni, and the local community can connect with a diverse group of employers and take meaningful steps toward their career goals,” he added.

Jobseekers attending are advised to bring several copies of their resumes, dress professionally, and be ready for discussions with potential employers.

Berkeley College offers accredited programs leading to master’s, bachelor’s, associate degrees as well as certificates in over 20 career fields.
