Employers Association of New Jersey (EANJ), a nonprofit organization based in Livingston, has announced a strategic partnership with Red Clover HR to provide expanded human resources support and executive coaching services for its members.

Through this collaboration, EANJ members will have access to a range of HR services and leadership development options tailored to their organizational needs. Red Clover HR offers outsourced human resource solutions that can fill temporary gaps, support existing HR staff, or serve as an external HR department for businesses lacking internal capacity.

“Whether a business needs help covering an HR vacancy or is looking for specialized guidance to reach a critical milestone, this partnership allows our members to access expert HR support exactly when they need it,” said Christine Myers, President of EANJ.

The new executive coaching service aims to assist senior leaders in managing change and improving communication. Jennifer L’Estrange, Founder and CEO of Red Clover, stated: “Executive coaching is a strategic investment in leadership. We work with leaders to improve decision-making, boost team performance, and align people strategies with business goals. We’re thrilled to bring this offering to EANJ members who are committed to developing their talent from within.”

EANJ supports employers throughout New Jersey by providing labor relations and human resources services such as training, compliance guidance, wage surveys, affirmative action plan development, consulting services, and educational seminars. The association also advocates for business-friendly employment policies and offers networking opportunities within the employer community (official website).

Founded in 1916 and headquartered in Livingston (official website), EANJ continues its mission of helping employers navigate workplace challenges through partnerships like this one.

“Through this partnership, EANJ members now have a trusted resource for on-demand HR support and leadership development, without the burden of hiring in-house or navigating these challenges alone. Services are scalable, cost-effective, and focused on helping businesses attract and retain top talent, ensure compliance, and strengthen culture,” according to the announcement.
