Employers Association of New Jersey (EANJ) has announced a new partnership with Red Clover HR to provide expanded human resources support and executive coaching services to its members. EANJ, a nonprofit organization that supports employers in navigating employment law and workplace challenges, will offer these additional services through Red Clover HR, a company known for outsourced HR solutions.

The collaboration aims to help businesses address HR needs that may arise due to limited internal resources. Red Clover HR can function as an extension of an organization’s staff, fill temporary gaps, support existing HR teams, or serve as a fully outsourced HR department.

Christine Myers, President of EANJ, said, “Whether a business needs help covering an HR vacancy or is looking for specialized guidance to reach a critical milestone, this partnership allows our members to access expert HR support exactly when they need it.”

Executive coaching is also part of the new offerings. These services are designed for senior leaders who want to improve communication skills and leadership effectiveness. Coaching engagements are tailored for both new managers and experienced executives.

Jennifer L’Estrange, Founder and CEO of Red Clover, stated, “Executive coaching is a strategic investment in leadership. We work with leaders to improve decision-making, boost team performance, and align people strategies with business goals. We’re thrilled to bring this offering to EANJ members who are committed to developing their talent from within.”

The partnership provides EANJ members with scalable and cost-effective options for on-demand HR support and leadership development. The goal is to help organizations attract and retain employees while ensuring compliance with regulations and strengthening workplace culture.

EANJ clarified that it does not provide legal services or opinions and that benefit plans are governed by their respective documents.
