The New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education announced on March 23 that the Federal Practice Bench-Bar Symposium will take place on March 31. The event will bring together federal judges and legal practitioners from across New Jersey to discuss the relationship between federal and state court procedures.

The symposium is designed to help attorneys understand best practices in federal court, including brief writing, scheduling, and case presentation. Organizers say the program aims to provide practical insights from experts in the field.

Attendees of the event can earn up to 6.3 continuing legal education credits by participating in the full program. Registration information is available through NJICLE.

By offering this opportunity, NJICLE seeks to support ongoing professional development for lawyers practicing in both federal and state courts.
