Gary Fisch, the founder and CEO of Gary’s Wine & Marketplace, has been selected to receive the 2026 Saint Clare’s Health William P. Huber Award for Outstanding Community Leadership from the Morris County Chamber of Commerce. The award will be presented at the Chamber’s 105th Annual Meeting Luncheon on February 12, 2026, at the Hanover Marriott Hotel.
The Huber Award recognizes individuals who have shown significant volunteer leadership and dedication to community service in Morris County, as well as innovative business practices. According to the Chamber, Fisch’s work in philanthropy and his leadership within the wine and hospitality sector reflect the legacy of William P. Huber.
Fisch’s selection comes after Gary’s Wine & Marketplace hosted its 26th Annual Grand Tasting event on November 3 at Park Avenue Club. The event raised funds for several local nonprofits, including Goryeb Children’s Hospital in Morristown, Morris Arts in Cedar Knolls, Interfaith Food Pantry in Morris Plains, and Homeless Solutions of Morristown. More than $115,000 was generated in net proceeds during the evening. Additional donations from the Fisch Family Foundation, led by Liz Fisch, brought total contributions across all supported charities to over $140,000.
Under Fisch’s direction, Gary’s Wine & Marketplace has become a leading destination in New Jersey for fine wine, gourmet foods, and community events. He also serves on the boards of both the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) and the Community Foundation of New Jersey (CFNJ).
Information about tickets or sponsorships for the upcoming luncheon is available through the Morris County Chamber of Commerce website.
