The Heldrich Center, alongside the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA), has released a workforce analysis focusing on New Jersey’s life sciences and technology sectors. The report, titled “Identification of Innovative Sector-Specific Strategies for the Life Sciences and Technology Sectors in New Jersey,” emphasizes the intersection of these sectors with artificial intelligence.

This analysis provides workforce strategies aimed at assisting NJEDA and sector stakeholders. It highlights the importance of cultivating top talent, increasing workforce diversity, and preparing for changes in occupations and skills due to new technologies’ emergence and integration in workplaces.
