To increase awareness of its members and their business concerns, the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) continues to produce “Minding Your Business,” a weekly television program on News 12+. The show, which has earned seven Telly Awards in the past three years—including a gold award in 2024 for Interview & Talk Show—features various member businesses. Hosted by Bob Considine, episodes air on Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., as well as Sundays at 9:30 a.m.

A recent episode from 2025 included an interview with Harry Lee, President and CEO of the New Jersey Public Charter Schools Association. Lee discussed the progress that New Jersey public charter schools have made in standardized testing among students in under-resourced communities.

The same episode also featured Modern Line Furniture, based in Hamilton. Managing Partner Yana Katliarova and Office Manager Jennifer Perez explained how their company has developed into one of the leading American designers and manufacturers of commercial furniture.
