This weekend’s episode of “Minding Your Business” on News 12+ will highlight the launch of AT&T’s first Connected Learning Center in New Jersey. Jaci Kator, AT&T Regional Vice President, and Steve Jobin, President of Raritan Bay Area YMCA, will speak with Bob Considine about efforts to address the digital divide in local communities.

The show will also feature a segment on the latest collaboration from the New Jersey Pathways to Career Opportunities Initiative. This is a joint project by the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) and New Jersey’s Community Colleges aimed at aligning education with workforce needs.

Karen Bearce, Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs at Raritan Valley Community College, along with Alexa Offenhauer, Associate Professor of English at RVCC, will discuss how the Essential Learning, General Education, and Career Readiness Collaborative provides students with resources to transition from classroom learning to careers.

“Minding Your Business,” produced by NJBIA—which serves as the nation’s largest statewide employer association representing employers across multiple sectors (official website)—airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 a.m., and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. The program has won seven Telly Awards over three years, including a gold award in 2024 for Interview & Talk Show.
