On the latest episode of “Minding Your Business” on News 12+, Tony Bawidamann, chair of NEW JOBS Pac, discussed the progress the organization has made following its recent endorsements for 2025.

Bawidamann highlighted the role of NEW JOBS Pac as a key business Political Action Committee in New Jersey. He said, “Not only does (NEW JOBS) have the largest businesses in the state, it has the largest associations in the state. It also allows organizations to have a seat at the table with elected officials.”

He added that coalition building is an important part of their work: “More importantly, it’s a great place for us to build coalitions at the local levels. There are a lot of issues that go on and when these people are locked in a room together, guess what – we have collaboration on issues there. It helps us organize and collaborate as an industry.”

The interview took place on NJBIA’s “Minding Your Business,” which airs weekly and has received seven Telly Awards over three years, including a gold award in 2024 for Interview & Talk Show.
