The New Jersey Organization for a Better State (NEW JOBS) PAC has announced its endorsements for the 2025 State Assembly General Election, naming 68 candidates across 36 legislative districts. NEW JOBS describes itself as the state’s largest business political action committee and operates independently of other organizations, including the New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA).

According to the PAC, it supports legislative candidates who advocate for economic growth, private-sector job creation, and lower business costs in New Jersey. The group emphasizes its nonpartisan approach and independent governance.

“New Jobs is proud to support a slate of candidates committed to fostering a business climate that strengthens our economy, helps existing businesses grow, and attracts new ones to our state,” said NEW JOBS Chair Tony Bawidamann. “We look forward to partnering with them to build a stronger, more prosperous economy for New Jersey.”

NEW JOBS clarified that its endorsements do not represent endorsements from NJBIA or any individual company or trade association. While some organizations are affiliated with NEW JOBS and have representation on its board of trustees, the PAC maintains separate leadership.

More information about NEW JOBS can be found at www.newjobspac.com.

A full list of endorsed candidates was provided by district, representing both Democratic and Republican parties throughout the state.
