This weekend’s episode of “Minding Your Business” on News 12+ features coverage from the New Jersey Business & Industry Association’s (NJBIA) 11th annual Women Business Leaders Forum. The event concluded with a keynote speech by Emily Lampkin, founder of the Women’s Leaders Series, who shared strategies for building personal and professional brands.

The program also includes an interview with Chrissy Buteas, President and CEO of the Healthcare Institute of New Jersey (HINJ). She discusses the significant role that New Jersey’s biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies play in both innovation and manufacturing within the state.

“Minding Your Business,” produced by NJBIA, is a weekly television show that has received seven Telly Awards over the past three years. This includes a gold award in 2024 in the Interview & Talk Show category. The show airs on News 12+ at 9:30 a.m. every Saturday and Sunday, as well as at 7:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

Emily Lampkin told attendees: “Lampkin provides the audiences with tips and tools to grow their personal and professional brand.”

Chrissy Buteas joined host Bob Considine to discuss how “New Jersey’s biopharmaceutical and med tech companies represent an important part of both the state’s innovation and manufacturing economies.”
