Four executives from the New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA) and eleven members of its Board of Trustees were named to ROI-NJ’s 2026 Power Influencers Lists, according to a March 11 announcement.
The recognition highlights the influence of NJBIA leadership in shaping policy and driving economic impact across New Jersey. The Super 75 list, described by ROI-NJ as featuring “CEOs, founders, advisors, investors, and community figures—proven experts whose networks and track records shape policy, attract investment, and drive measurable economic impact,” included NJBIA President & CEO Michele Siekerka along with board members Mike Reagan, Mike Renna, and Dr. Teik Lim.
In addition to the Super 75 rankings, ROI-NJ published seventeen other Power Influencer Lists focused on specific policy areas. NJBIA staff featured on these lists include Chief Government Affairs Officer Christopher Emigholz (Government & Public Affairs), Deputy Chief Government Affairs Officer Ray Cantor (Energy & Environment), and Research Analyst Jack Ramirez (AI and Tech).
Several NJBIA Board of Trustees members were also recognized for their expertise in various fields: Lori Roth (Accounting), James Horne (Associations and Organizations), Rebecca O’Connell (Banking), Gail Friedberg Rottenstrich (NJ Executives), Chris Guiton (Government and Public Affairs), Jaclyn Kator (Government & Public Affairs), Rick Thigpen (Government & Public Affairs), and Dr. Anthony Iacono (Higher Education).
