In a recent video release, Althea D. Ford, Vice President of Government Affairs at the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA), outlined strategies aimed at improving healthcare in New Jersey.

The video is part of NJBIA’s “Blueprint Minute” series, which highlights key recommendations from its “Blueprint for a Competitive New Jersey.” This 28-page policy document is intended to guide gubernatorial candidates on policies that could foster innovation and economic growth within the state.

Each installment of the Blueprint Minute series summarizes a chapter from the policy document and encourages members of the business community and other stakeholders to examine where Democratic candidate Mikie Sherrill and Republican candidate Jack Ciattarelli stand on various issues. The series also directs viewers to online resources for comparing the policy positions of both gubernatorial candidates.

According to NJBIA, these efforts are designed to support more informed voting among business leaders as they consider which candidate’s approach aligns with their interests.

“To bring about more informed voting for the business community, NJBIA has released a short video series highlighting its Blueprint for a Competitive New Jersey, a 28-page policy document that offers New Jersey’s gubernatorial candidates a roadmap to drive innovation and prosperity.”

“NJBIA’s Blueprint Minute video series provides a summary of each of the document’s content chapters, while inviting the state’s business community and other interested parties to view Democrat Mikie Sherrill and Republican Jack Ciattarelli’s positions and approaches to each respective issue.”
