This weekend’s episode of “Minding Your Business” on News 12+ will feature coverage of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association’s recent Women Business Leaders Forum. The program highlights a panel discussion focused on key skills and strategies for C-suite leaders in 2025.

Panelists include Paula Ferreira, Assistant Managing Partner at Forvis Mazars; Kiran Handa Gaudioso, CEO of United Way of Northern New Jersey and President of United For ALICE; Aiysha Johnson, CEO and Executive Director of the New Jersey Society of CPAs; Lori Roth, Global Managing Partner at Prager Metis; and Veronica Antillano Vivas, General Manager for Customer Fulfillment at Amazon. The panel is moderated by Catherine Frugé Starghill, Esq., Vice President at the New Jersey Council of County Colleges and Executive Director of the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development.

Additionally, Tony Bawidamann, Chair of NEW JOBS Pac, will join host Bob Considine to discuss the progress made by what is described as New Jersey’s only business Political Action Committee following its recent endorsements for 2025.

“Minding Your Business” is produced by NJBIA and has received seven Telly Awards over the past three years. In 2024, it won a gold Telly in the Interview & Talk Show category. The show airs on News 12+ every Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 a.m., with an additional broadcast on Saturday evenings at 7:30 p.m.
