This weekend’s episode of “Minding Your Business” on News 12+ will feature Chrissy Buteas, President and CEO of the HealthCare Institute of New Jersey (HINJ). Buteas will speak with host Bob Considine about the significant role that New Jersey’s biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies play in the state’s innovation and manufacturing sectors.

The program will also cover the conclusion of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association’s (NJBIA) 11th annual Women Business Leaders Forum. The event ended with a keynote speech by Emily Lampkin, founder of the Women’s Leaders Series. Lampkin offered attendees advice on developing their personal and professional brands.

“Minding Your Business” is a weekly television show produced by NJBIA. Over the past three years, it has received seven Telly Awards, including a gold award in 2024 for Interview & Talk Show. The show airs on News 12+ at 9:30 a.m. every Saturday and Sunday, as well as at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
