The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) has announced that it is seeking public feedback on a revised draft of proposed amendments to the Film and Digital Media Tax Credit Program rules. These revisions incorporate changes brought about by P.L. 2025, c. 81, which was signed into law on June 30, 2025.

According to the NJEDA, “The revised current draft amendments can be found here. These are subject to change prior to review and consideration for approval by the NJEDA Board. If approved, the amendments will be published in the New Jersey Register for formal public comment as required by the Administrative Procedure Act.”

Members of the public can access the draft amendments online and provide input before they are potentially submitted for further review and eventual publication in the state register.

The NJEDA website also offers a link to Google Translate services but notes that neither NJEDA nor the State of New Jersey reviews or endorses these translation services and cautions users about potential inaccuracies.
