The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) is set to conduct a virtual listening session on May 8, 2025. This session will cover key legislative changes and updates to the Aspire Program, which serves as a gap financing tool for commercial, mixed-use, and residential real estate development projects.

Participants in the listening session will have the opportunity to hear about these updates and submit feedback online until May 13, 2025.
