The New Jersey State Bar Association announced on April 23 that its members are eligible to receive a free security evaluation or IT operations assessment from Ember IT, a cybersecurity and IT management provider. The offer also includes three months of additional free services for those who enter into a three-year agreement with the company.

This initiative is designed to help NJSBA members strengthen their cybersecurity posture and improve their information technology operations. With growing concerns about data breaches and digital threats, access to professional assessments can assist legal professionals in safeguarding sensitive client information.

According to the association, the benefit is available exclusively to its members. In addition to the complimentary evaluation or assessment, Ember IT will provide an extra three months of services at no cost for any member who commits to a three-year service agreement.

The NJSBA encourages interested members to take advantage of this opportunity by unlocking the member benefit through its designated platform. No further details about eligibility requirements or how many members have participated were provided in the announcement.

As cyber risks continue to affect organizations across various sectors, such programs may help legal professionals stay ahead of potential threats while managing their technology needs more efficiently.
