Michele Siekerka, president and CEO of the New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA), will appear on a new episode of “One-on-One with Steve Adubato” this weekend. The episode will focus on the women’s diverse business community in New Jersey, following NJBIA’s Women Business Leaders Forum event.
Kiran Handa-Gaudioso, CEO of United Way of Northern New Jersey, is also featured in the program. She discusses her commitment to supporting vulnerable populations and shares advice for working women and mothers.
Aiysha “AJ” Johnson, CEO & Executive Director of NJCPA, joins later in the show to talk about overcoming challenges as a woman of color in executive leadership. She also addresses the importance of inclusivity and mentorship in today’s workforce.
The program is scheduled to air on Saturday, January 17 at 7 a.m. on NJ PBS and at 7:30 a.m. on WNET; it will also be broadcast Sunday, January 18 at 11 a.m. on NJ PBS.

Michele Siekerka leads NJBIA from its headquarters in Trenton. The association was established in February 1910 as the New Jersey Manufacturers Association before broadening its membership across industries in the mid-1970s.
