Michael Andreas, CEO of JVS of MetroWest New Jersey, appeared on Steve Adubato’s program to discuss the nonprofit’s approach to workforce development. During the discussion, Andreas outlined how JVS supports individuals who face obstacles to employment.
Andreas described the organization’s mission and programs aimed at helping job seekers overcome barriers such as lack of experience or training. He explained how JVS works with both clients and employers to create opportunities for sustainable employment.
“JVS of MetroWest is committed to providing workforce solutions for those who need them most,” said Andreas. “We work directly with individuals who have a hard time finding jobs due to various challenges, and we also partner with businesses willing to give these candidates a chance.”
