The Fifty Factor, a member network focused on supporting mid-life women in their careers, is inviting participants to complete an anonymous survey. The organization aims to collect insights about preferences for networking and workshops as it prepares for its official launch.

Kim Keating, founder and CEO of The Fifty Factor, said the group will open this fall as a community coaching, mentoring, and learning hub. The organization is designed for women looking to return to work after taking a career break.

Keating encouraged those interested in learning more or participating in the survey to contact her directly at kim@50-factor.com.
