This weekend, the television program “Minding Your Business” featured a segment on the New Jersey Business & Industry Association’s (NJBIA) Women Business Leaders Forum. The episode highlighted a panel of senior executives who discussed essential C-suite skills and strategies relevant for 2025.
The panel included Paula Ferreira, Assistant Managing Partner at Forvis Mazars; Kiran Handa Gaudioso, CEO of United Way of Northern New Jersey and President of United For ALICE; Aiysha Johnson, CEO and Executive Director of the New Jersey Society of CPAs; Lori Roth, Global Managing Partner at Prager Metis; and Veronica Antillano Vivas, General Manager for Customer Fulfillment at Amazon.
“Minding Your Business” is NJBIA’s weekly television show. Over the past three years, it has received seven Telly Awards. In 2024, it earned a gold award in the Interview & Talk Show category.
