The New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA) is soliciting quotations for a vendor to print and distribute its publication, "Going to College in New Jersey." This magazine targets high school students, providing information on higher education institutions in New Jersey, the programs they offer, and state financial aid programs.
