NJEDA seeks public input on Main Street Program rule amendments

The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) is soliciting public feedback on proposed amendments to the rules governing the Main Street Recovery Finance Program. This program aims to offer financial support and technical assistance to small businesses in New Jersey. The new rules seek to clarify technical aspects of the program.

According to a statement from NJEDA, "The document posted on the NJEDA webpage is a draft, which will be presented to the NJEDA Board, with any final edits, for its review and consideration for approval." Should the board approve these amendments, they will then be published in the New Jersey Register for formal public comment as mandated by the Administrative Procedure Act before final adoption.
