The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) is seeking public input on proposed amendments to its rules regarding disqualification, debarment, and suspension. The current rules were last updated in 2010.
The draft of the new rules aims to codify the NJEDA's suspension procedure and update existing debarment and disqualification regulations in line with current policies and procedures. The document is available on the NJEDA website for public review.
"The document posted on the NJEDA webpage is a draft, which will be presented to the NJEDA Board, with any final edits, for its review and consideration for approval," according to an NJEDA spokesperson. If approved, the amendments will be published in the New Jersey Register for formal public comment as required by the Administrative Procedure Act before adoption.
