The Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA) is seeking proposals from qualified law firms to establish a list of up to four firms for the collection of defaulted student loans and other educational receivables. The selected firms will also represent HESAA in contesting debtor discharge from bankruptcy, Administrative Wage Garnishment hearings, and related litigation and appellate work.
