Home Helpers expands operations into Ocean Mercer Burlington Counties

Home Helpers Home Care of Freehold has completed its acquisition of the Hamilton, NJ office, expanding its Monmouth County model into Ocean, Mercer, and Burlington Counties.

Previously known as Home Helpers of Monmouth County, the organization has seen success in various Monmouth County towns including Adelphia, Colts Neck, Eatontown, Farmingdale, Freehold, Holmdel, Howell, Lincroft, Matawan, Middletown, Morganville, Red Bank and Wickatunk.

The acquisition extends Home Helpers of Freehold's reach to several New Jersey towns such as Beverly, Burlington, Columbus, Jobstown, Allentown, Bordentown, Millstone Township (Millstone), Cream Ridge (Upper Freehold Township), Chesterfield Township (Chesterfield), Florence Township (Florence), Hightstown Borough (Hightstown), Imlaystown (Upper Freehold Township), New Egypt (Plumsted Township), Roebling (Florence Township), Windsor (West Windsor Township and Robbinsville Townships) Wrightstown Borough (Wrightstown) Trenton City(Robbinsville).

“This is an exciting day for our agency and team,” said Howard Stein President of Home Helpers Home Care.

“My number one stated goal has always been to provide our community with exceptional care. We have achieved that goal in Monmouth County and now will bring our successful care model to additional counties.”

Stein emphasized that the organization's second goal is to provide at least 100 above-living-wage jobs in local communities. The expanded footprint brings them closer to this objective.

“Job creation has remained my top priority. Finding compassionate caring and reliable people is a must to meet the needs of our families. Given the shrinking health care workforce and increasing demand it is critical that we use all of our resources not only to find the best caregivers but also to be able to train them with great partners like Brookdale Community College,” Stein added.

He further noted: “One of my biggest joys is seeing our infectious culture of care expand while providing a great place to work that has a meaningful mission. This mission is our north star that enables exceptional care for our clients and peace of mind for the families we serve. This is especially rewarding for our Veteran families. This expanded territory will enable us to serve more Veterans employ more exceptional caregivers while providing our award-winning care.”
