Today, Governor Murphy signed a new bill into law. The legislation, known as A-4811/S-3602, involves a supplemental appropriation of $20 million for Summer Tuition Aid Grants to be available in the summer of 2025. Additionally, it provides conditional authority for the transfer of more resources to the Summer Tuition Aid Grants account.
The bill was sponsored by Carter, Miller, and Peterpaul in the Assembly and Ruiz and Singer in the Senate.
