Norris McLaughlin attorneys Mariya Gonor and David Harmon will appear on this weekend's episode of "Minding Your Business" on News 12+. They will join host Bob Considine to discuss strategies for employers and employees to protect themselves during workplace disputes. The discussion will also cover their podcast, "The Employment Strategists."
The show will feature coverage of the NJBIA's recent 10th annual Women Business Leaders Forum in Atlantic City. A panel of experts discussed ways for women in the workforce to enhance their assertiveness skills. Panelists included Stephanie Staub from NJCCC & Consortium, Sarah Switlik from Switlik Survival Products, Robin Tabakin from the New Jersey Women’s Chamber, with Monica Dema from MDinc. serving as moderator.
Additionally, a tribute video honoring NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka will be shown as she marks her 10th anniversary with the association.
"Minding Your Business," a weekly TV show by NJBIA, has won seven Telly Awards over the past three years, including a gold award in 2024 for the Interview & Talk Show category. It airs on News 12+ at 9:30 a.m. every Saturday and Sunday and at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
