The initiative is a strategic partnership involving New Jersey's Community Colleges, the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP), the New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA), and other education and workforce development partners associated with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development Industry Partnerships.
This collaboration aims to create a structured approach to manufacturing workforce development. It addresses the complexities faced by manufacturers in New Jersey while providing education, training, and career opportunities beneficial to state residents.
