Proposed new rules in the New Jersey Administrative Code 13:61 are now open for public comment. The announcement was made from West Trenton, N.J., and interested parties have until December 20, 2024, to submit their feedback.
Comments can be sent to the Marine Services Bureau at the New Jersey State Police, PO Box 7068, West Trenton, New Jersey 08628. Alternatively, comments may be submitted electronically via email to BoatingRegulations@njsp.gov.
