This weekend, the "Minding Your Business" program on News 12+ will highlight the New Jersey Business & Industry Association's (NJBIA) recent Women Business Leaders Forum held in Atlantic City. The event featured a panel of experts who discussed ways for women to enhance their assertiveness skills in the workplace.
The panel included Stephanie Staub from NJCCC & Consortium, Sarah Switlik of Switlik Survival Products, Robin Tabakin from the New Jersey Women's Chamber, and was moderated by Monica Dema from MDinc.
In addition to this coverage, attorneys Mariya Gonor and David Harmon from Norris McLaughlin will join host Bob Considine. They will explore strategies for employers and employees to safeguard themselves during work-related disputes. Their conversation will also touch upon their podcast, "The Employment Strategists."
A special tribute video for Michele Siekerka, President and CEO of NJBIA, will be aired as she marks her 10th anniversary with the association.
"Minding Your Business," which has won seven Telly Awards over three years—including a gold award in 2024—airs on News 12+ at 9:30 a.m. every Saturday and Sunday and at 7:30 p.m. on Saturdays. Viewers can access News 12+ through most Fios and Optimum systems in New Jersey or stream it live online.
