Experts discuss workplace wellness strategies at New Jersey forum

In a recent video from the 2024 New Jersey Women Business Leaders Forum, experts gathered to discuss strategies for fostering a workplace culture that supports wellness and prioritizes self-care. The event, organized by NJBIA, aimed to highlight the importance of work-life balance in maintaining employee health and productivity.

The panel discussion was moderated by June DePonte Sernak, Ed.D., who serves as the Statewide Multicultural Diversity Leadership Officer at the Center for Family Services. The session featured insights from Robyn Greenberg, Regional Retail Manager at TD Bank; Michele Wispelwey, MBA, Co-Founder and President of FemGevity; and Dawn Fitch, President of Pooka Pure and Simple.
