New Jersey Chamber elects four new directors for three-year terms

The New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has announced the election of four new members to its board. These individuals will serve three-year terms, as decided at the board's April meeting.

The newly elected board members are Peter Dontas, Executive Vice President and Market Executive for New Jersey at Wells Fargo; Dustin M. Riccio, MD, MBA, President and Chief Executive Officer of St. Joseph’s Health; Eric D. Seguin, MBA, President and Chief Executive Officer of Solix, Inc.; and Carolyn M. Welsh, MS, President and Chief Executive Officer of NJ Sharing Network.

Thomas Bracken, president & CEO of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce stated: "There are many opportunities and challenges facing New Jersey – and these individuals will provide counsel and expertise as we work collaboratively to ensure the state reaches its full economic potential." He added that the new members would join an already distinguished group of business leaders from various industries across the state.

The board plays a crucial role in advising chamber staff on policy issues that impact both short- and long-term economic growth in New Jersey. Key areas include Economic Development & Taxation, Education and Workforce Development, Environment & Energy, Government Reform, Healthcare, and Transportation.
