NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka has been included in the 2024 Insider 100 Power List, which highlights New Jersey's most influential political and public policy figures. The list is compiled annually by the news website Insider NJ.
Siekerka was ranked at number 24 on this year's list. "In an election year, with the interests of pained businesses on the ballot, Siekerka proved to have had not only her ear to the ground – but her voice leading a choir of resistance," stated Insider NJ.
The Insider 100 Power List typically excludes elected officials, former governors, and judges. Instead, it focuses on key Trenton insiders who are "most responsible for the current climes of New Jersey politics," as noted by editor-in-chief Max Pizarro.
