On November 21, the Rutgers Center for State Health Policy marked its 25th anniversary with a symposium and celebration held in New Brunswick. The event highlighted the Center's role in shaping state health policy and collaborating with organizations and policymakers on issues like health insurance and housing.
The celebration included a video featuring partners acknowledging the Center’s achievements. Attendees were also encouraged to explore the CSHP Reflections publication, which details the Center's impact over the years.
Distinguished speakers at the symposium included Joel Cantor, Director of Rutgers CSHP; Brian Strom, Chancellor of Rutgers Health; Brian Quinn from Robert Wood Johnson Foundation; Sarah Adelman from NJ Department of Human Services; John McDonough from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health; Bruce Vladeck, Chair of CSHP External Advisory Committee; Tobias Gerhard from Rutgers Institute for Health, Health Care Policy & Aging Research; and Margaret Koller, Executive Director of Rutgers CSHP.
