The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Board of Commissioners conducted its annual election of officers at the December meeting. The board unanimously re-elected Kevin O'Toole as chairman, Jeffrey H. Lynford as vice-chairman, and Rick Cotton as executive director.
In addition to these key leadership roles, the board also re-elected all other incumbent officers. According to the agency's by-laws, these positions include secretary, general counsel, chief financial officer, comptroller, and treasurer. The individuals who were confirmed in their respective roles are James E. McCoy as secretary, Amy H. Fisher as general counsel, Elizabeth M. McCarthy as chief financial officer, Daniel G. McCarron as comptroller, and Sherien N. Khella as treasurer.
