NJBIA's "Minding Your Business," a television show that airs on News 12+, has been recognized with seven Telly Awards over the past three years, including a gold award in 2024 for the Interview & Talk Show category. The program, hosted by Bob Considine, focuses on member businesses and is broadcasted on Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., as well as Sundays at 9:30 a.m.
In one of the highlighted episodes from 2024, attorneys Mariya Gonor and David Harmon from Norris McLaughlin joined Considine to discuss strategies for employers and employees to protect themselves during workplace disputes.
The episode also featured coverage of NJBIA’s 10th annual Women Business Leaders Forum. A panel of experts discussed how women in the workforce can enhance their assertiveness skills. The panelists included Stephanie Staub from NJCCC & Consortium, Sarah Switlik from Switlik Survival Products, Robin Tabakin from New Jersey Women’s Chamber, and Monica Dema from MDinc.
