The New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) has been producing a weekly television show, "Minding Your Business," to shed light on its members and the business challenges they face. The program airs on News 12+ every weekend, hosted by Bob Considine. It has garnered recognition with seven Telly Awards over the past three years, including a gold award in 2024 for the Interview & Talk Show category.
A notable episode from 2024 featured Aaron Fichtner, CEO of the New Jersey Council of County Colleges; Peter Connolly, CEO of NJMEP; and Michele Siekerka, President and CEO of NJBIA. They joined Considine to discuss the Manufacturing Skills Initiative. This initiative aims to boost workforce development in New Jersey by offering educational training and career opportunities through collaboration among their organizations.
Additionally, the episode included an expert panel discussion from NJBIA's Insights & Outlooks event. The panel focused on how companies can effectively utilize Artificial Intelligence for marketing and customer engagement strategies. Participants were Gary Mann from Jasfel Analytics, Israel Tannenbaum from Withum, Douglas Vargo from CGI, and Erin Klebaur from Imbue Creative.
