The 2024 Governor’s Conference on Housing and Economic Development is set to commence in Atlantic City. The event, which will take place at Harrah’s Waterfront Conference Center, offers free attendance for accredited press members.
The conference schedule includes a variety of activities starting with a kick-off reception on Monday, September 16, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. On Tuesday, September 17, attendees can participate in registration, breakfast, a trade show, plenary session, and breakout sessions from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
A keynote luncheon featuring New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy's address is scheduled for noon until 2:20 p.m., followed by an Atlantic City bus tour and additional breakout sessions lasting until the evening.
On Wednesday, September 18, the event continues with registration, trade shows, and breakout sessions from 8:00 a.m. to noon. An awards presentation will occur between 10:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m., highlighting the Hall of Fame Award & Governor's Excellence in Housing and Economic Development Awards Brunch & Presentation.
The conference aims to bring together various stakeholders in housing and economic development sectors.
