Stevens & Lee appoints two attorneys as shareholders

Stevens & Lee has announced that attorneys Melissa N. Donimirski and Jason P. Rudloff have been named shareholders of the firm as of January 1.

Melissa N. Donimirski focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Superior Court. She is recognized for her expertise in "business divorce" and has significant experience in litigating and negotiating legal separations among owners of privately held businesses.

Clients seek Donimirski's counsel for various corporate litigation matters, including issues related to corporate governance, officer and director fiduciary obligations, indemnity, non-compete agreements, and disputes within limited partnerships and limited liability companies.

Her practice also covers litigation involving commercial contracts, asset purchase agreements, representations and warranties, as well as intellectual property issues before Delaware State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Additionally, she advises clients on significant business transactions concerning corporate governance during mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate dealings.

Jason P. Rudloff represents both public and private businesses along with their owners, officers, and directors in complex business disputes across state and federal courts nationwide as well as domestic and international arbitration forums.

Rudloff handles a variety of contract disputes, business torts, partnership disputes, corporate governance issues, and statutory causes of action for clients spanning industries such as banking, energy, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, and construction. He is also knowledgeable in managing all phases of electronic discovery related to complex multidistrict litigations along with state and federal investigations.
