New Testament Ministries acquires Basking Ridge religious facility

Newmark Associates CRE has announced the successful brokerage of a religious facility sale in Basking Ridge. The property, spanning 23,000 square feet and situated on five acres at 40 Whitenack Road, was purchased by New Testament Ministries from the Somerset Hills Jewish Center, Inc.

Mary Swatek, vice president at Newmark Associates CRE, represented the buyer in this transaction. She provided guidance and support throughout the acquisition process. Nancy Stanton-Tuckman, managing director at Newmark Associates CRE, represented the seller.
