Sailer emphasized the efficiency AI can bring to routine tasks: “What we’re looking at is an opportunity to take those mundane kind of tasks that you can run through a system and have [AI] do the work,” she said. She also highlighted the shift towards more strategic roles for people, adding, “The people should be moving more towards the strategic opportunities. When you talk about being able to save time, you’re saving money.”
