The Monmouth Ocean Development Council (MODC) has announced the recipients of the 2025 Silver Gull awards, honoring significant contributions to economic development, community service, and tourism in the Monmouth and Ocean County areas.
This year, thirteen honorees have been recognized. Among the recipients are Christopher Church, President of Central/North Jersey & NYC at PCS, and Michael Kokes, President of Kokes Properties. Other honorees include the Vin Gopal Civic Association and The James Bradley Hotel, as well as Carolyn Burtnick, Director of Tourism for Monmouth County, and Sandra Lazzaro-Cifelli, Director of Economic Development & Tourism for Ocean County.
The distinguished list also includes Holman Frenia Alison, P.C., Smolin Lupin & Co, LLC, and Karen Campi, VP of Marketing & Community Affairs at Campi Dental. Additionally, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County, Mercy Center, The Special Children’s Center, and CentraState Healthcare System have been recognized.
