Work Wise Labs, a company based in New Jersey known for its focus on leadership development and workplace culture, is set to introduce a series of free virtual workshops starting in May. These workshops aim to equip employees with vital professional skills within a brief 15-minute timeframe.
The initiative, titled "Just a Touch," has been crafted to suit the demands of today's fast-paced work settings. It offers members of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) and business professionals throughout the state an efficient way to develop important soft skills that improve collaboration, leadership, and communication at work.
“These 15-minute sessions are the perfect way to upskill your workforce without pulling employees away from their daily responsibilities,” stated Elissa Zylbershlag, founder of Work Wise Labs and an experienced leadership coach and culture adviser. “It’s all about giving practical tools participants can use the minute they log off the webinar.”
