The Employers Association of New Jersey (EANJ) has announced the appointment of Britni Orcutt as the new Member Engagement Manager. Orcutt brings over two decades of experience in business ownership, public service, and economic development to this newly created position.
In her role, Orcutt will be responsible for serving as the main contact for current and prospective members. Her duties include strengthening member relations, increasing awareness of EANJ's benefits and services, and ensuring support is tailored to each member's specific industry, size, and business needs. Additionally, she will collaborate with EANJ’s internal team to implement improvements based on employer feedback.
“Britni’s unique combination of experience as a business owner, elected official, and economic development leader makes her an ideal fit for EANJ,” stated Christine Myers, President of EANJ. “Her ability to build real connections, solve problems, and deliver results will be a tremendous asset to our members.”
Before joining EANJ, Orcutt was an Economic Development Specialist at the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Corporation. In that role, she developed new engagement strategies and business support initiatives.
Orcutt also serves as an elected Councilwoman in the Borough of Butler where she advocates for economic development and acts as a liaison to the borough’s water and electric utilities. She is also involved with the New Jersey League of Municipalities Legislative Committee.
As an entrepreneur, Orcutt has founded several small businesses. Her skills in building strategic relationships, event planning, and policy advocacy are expected to further EANJ’s mission to empower employers in New Jersey.
