New Jersey will host the NJ FoodTech 2025 conference at Rutgers University on June 25. The event, organized by Middlesex County and Rutgers University's Food Innovation Center, will run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Rutgers Student Center in New Brunswick.
The conference, now in its third year, aims to unite food industry stakeholders such as entrepreneurs, researchers, students, investors, and public-sector leaders. The theme for this year is “Collaborate to Innovate,” highlighting the importance of public-private partnerships in advancing the food industry.
Participants can look forward to panels and discussions on topics including:
- Public-private collaborations driving innovation and regional economic growth
- Scalable retail and distribution strategies for emerging food brands
- Strategic partnerships fueling the rise of functional foods and beverages
- Investment trends and market forecasts defining the future of food manufacturing
