The complex spans 13,500 square feet and provides on-site parking, catering to healthcare practitioners and patients.
The sale attracted significant interest from healthcare providers looking for prime locations in Essex County. However, the identities of the buyer and seller have not been disclosed. Jeannette Melillo, vice president specializing in asset disposition, along with Jack Maier, senior associate, represented the seller in this transaction.
The purchasing entity is a regional medical practice aiming to expand its operations within the community. Melillo commented on the transaction: “This transaction underscores the ongoing demand for well-located, adaptable medical office properties in Essex County,” adding that it was a "smooth, strategic deal."
