Employers Association of New Jersey appoints Janet Krusche as director for training

The Employers Association of New Jersey (EANJ) has announced the appointment of Janet Krusche as Director, Training and Compliance. In this position, Krusche will use her experience in employee relations, organizational development, and leadership training to expand education and development programs for employers in New Jersey.

Krusche is set to collaborate with EANJ members by providing training and practical advice to help organizations manage workplace challenges and strengthen their teams. She has a background in creating leadership and employee programs, focusing on making complex workplace topics more accessible for improved performance and engagement.

“Janet brings the expertise our members need to develop and elevate their employees; best of all it is training that can implemented immediately,” said Christine Myers, President of EANJ. “She will be a strong partner to employers working to build more effective workplaces.”

Her professional experience spans healthcare, government, and corporate sectors. At Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, she was a subject matter expert who co-developed an Employee Relations Center of Excellence. She also worked with Anthem’s New York Medicaid division on onboarding programs for new leaders before designing a company-wide leadership program at OSG.

Outside her career, Krusche is interested in travel focused on animals and nature and supports animal advocacy efforts.
